  • Can I get a free sample?

    Of course! We can provide you a range of silk quality samples with the ready prints, over 30kinds of fabric is free of charge, so you can evaluate our print colors, fabric quality and hem ways. All you need to pay is the shipping cost.

  • What does your free samples include?

    Our free samples include a variety of fabric samples in 45*45cm with different printing ways, different shapes like twilly shapes in double layers, and hemming styles.

  • What’s the size of free samples?

    Each different fabric sample would be like 45*45cm size as free samples.

  • Can I make a customized sample with my prints?

    Of course! We accept custom sample, and you can send us your artwork and we’ll check carefully for all the details, make sure you will get the perfect results.

  • Are your products made of environmentally way?

    Yes. You can check the video of producing whole proceed on our website.

  • What’s a shipment cost and tax for a sample ?

    Normally We use DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. We can also send you via sea freight and airfreight to save the costs.
    Shipping cost and tax will depend on area and weight.

  • What about fabric shrinkage?

    Shrinkage of fabrics is unavoidable, so it is essential to account for it. Depending on the fabric, it can shrink up to 10%, and even up to 20% in the case of stretch fabrics.

  • What types of printing would you do?

    Digital print and screen print.
    Digital single side and double side all available.

  • What kind of hemming way can you do?

    Hand rolled, machine hem, zig-zag, machine straight hem, fringe, machine imitated hand roll,tassel and seamless double layer.

  • Do you provide label and package?

    Yes!
    We can provide free label like 100% silk, 50% silk and opp bag for each scarf;

  • How to identify those silk fabrics?

    1.Feel the fabric to determine if it is smooth and soft.
    2. Look closely at the fabric to check for a distinct sheen.
    3. Burn a single thread of the fabric to identify a slightly sweet smell and a white ash.
    4. Check the edges of the fabric for raw edges and a frayed look.
    5. Examine the fabric under a magnifying glass to determine a slightly bumpy surface.

  • Payment

  • When is payment for an order due?

    1.Sample: Fully payment for sample cost.
    2.Mass order: We prefer to 30% deposist and balance based on the final great quantity. We are main to all the clients pay for the great products.

  • Do you charge rush fees?

    We don’t like to charge them in production, but in some very emergency cases it is necessary for shipment. If you place your order 21 days or less prior to your event date, a rush shipping charge may be applied to your order. Rush shipping charges vary depending on your location and the amount of time prior to your event.

  • Do you charge for shipping?

    Yes. Shipping fees vary based on the order weight, and we will offer the variety express, like UPS, DHL, FedEX etc. to catch your requests of costs and time.

  • How to care your silk scarf with hand washing?

    In order to protect the silk fabric, Dry cleaning is recommended.
    Silk releases dirt quickly, so hand washing shouldn't take long. Simply place the fabric in the detergent water, give it a stir, and let it sit for just a few minutes. using professional detergent, no exposure to the sun, and silk ironing only.

  • How to care your silk scarf with washing machine?

    We don't recommend you do this, but if you trust your washing machine and usually wash your delicates in it, these are our tips: Choose a gentle 'hand wash' or designated 'silk' cycle and set the temperature as cold as possible – never over 30C. Avoid spot treating or using any stain removers.

  • Shrinkage?

    It is important to allow for shrinkage. Shrinkage will be about 4%-6% on most fabrics, however for stretch fabrics it can be up to 10-20%. Short runs shrink more than longer runs pro rata; however, this is not a precise science. Shrinkage can vary from one batch of fabric to another.

  • How to store silk scarf?

    Recommend hanging silk for everyday storage as this will prevent unsightly wrinkles. Ironing or steaming will restore the lustre and sheen of silk. Use your iron's delicate or lowest heat setting. Iron or steam from the reverse side.For longer-term storage, always clean clothes before putting them away for the season. Moths love to feast on natural fibers like silk.

    To place an order, please provide us with the specific details (fabric and size) of your desired item, and then send us your artwork. We will quote you with a price and provide our professional advice. Once payment has been received, we will begin production of your order.

  • Is my data secured?

    Of course. Rest assured that all of your personal information is secure.

  • Can I order more than one design?

    Yes, of course. You can order any design you want. And quantity can be 1pcs per design.

  • How long is your leading time?

    Samples: we make it in about 7-10days before shipping.
    Machine hemming products: it will be about 18-20days before shipping.
    Hand rolled products:it will be about 20-22days before shipping.

  • Can I order more than one design?

    Yes, of course. You can order any design you want. And quantity can be 1pcs per design.

  • What type of file is suitable for printing, and how to send it?

    Format: PDF,PSD, JPEG,AI or TIFF... Any form is available to go.
    Colour mode: RGB or CMYK are both available.
    Resolution: 150-300 dpi. Any file over 200MB may struggle to upload , but it will be good for printing. Alternatives such as Google Drive or Wetransfer can be used to send the file. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • What about colour matching?

    It would be nice to send us the exact Pantone colors to match with your artworks.
    Or you can send us the match prints in paper or fabric. We are open to accept any way to catch your ideal colors.

  • Are there restriction on what can be printed?

    Screen printing:printing is only available for single side.
    Digital printing:single side and double side printing all available. But 12mm fabric can only do single side printing.

  • What is the minimum order quantity?

    Basically 20pcs per design to less wastage of fabric. But we would like to give clients the flexibility to print whatever quantity they need.

  • What’s the qualities of fabric do you use ?

    Basically 20pcs per design to less wastage of fabric. But we would like to give clients the flexibility to print whatever quantity they need. We only use the highest quality silk fabric of 6A grade to guarantee the colour and texture. Free sample with over 30 kinds of fabric with prints can be sent for quality review.

  • How long is the production time of different pieces?

    For sample, 7-10days.
    For 100-1000pcs, 20-25days.
    For 2000-3000pcs, 30days.
    For 5000-10000pcs, 40days.
    And any urgent delivery requests, we will offer the best service to fast all the schedule without any extra cost.

  • How will my order be shipped?

    At checkout, we will provide you with applicable shipping rates and options. Please be aware that any incorrect or invalid addresses may not be accepted for delivery.

  • What are the best fabrics for scarf manufacturing?

    If you prefer a more matte fabric, we recommend our crepe de chine or silk twill. We say to opt for twill if you like a more textural or prominent weave. If you prefer something that has more of a sheen, we recommend our crepe back satin.
    If your artworks feature borders, we advise to opt for a CDC or twill. The straight warp and weft properties of these fabrics allow us to manufacture perfectly straight scarves.
    With bordered artworks, the border is essentially acting as a ruler. So, any deviation in the cloth means that it will be very visible once cut and hemmed.
    If you are perhaps after something softer, our cashmere modal works well for larger scarves.

  • What is your service if the order have a problem ?

    If there are any issues with your order or the goods, please contact us directly. We will take responsibility and work together to find a solution, such as a refund or a replacement.

  • Return Policy

  • On receipt, please examine the fabrics carefully before proceeding with any cutting or usage. Direct or indirect claims for any reason whatsoever will not be accepted once the customer, or any party acting upon their instructions, has cut or processed the fabric in any way.
  • Claims for any alleged defects, or shortages must be made in writing within seven days of delivery of the fabric.
