Our Printing Types
Digital Print
Digital printing is a modern method that refers to the process of printing digital-based images directly onto fabrics, such as mulberry silk, viscose, modal, and cotton.
Advantages:
- Short turnaround time, products can be delivered faster.
- On-demand printing, small quantity is acceptable.
- Most affordable solution for customization.
Disadvantages:
- The color compatibility needs to be improved.

Double-Sides Print
Double-sided digital printing is a new technology that solves the color problem on the backside of silk fabric. It can display the same pattern on both sides of the scarf.
Advantages:
- Double-sided digital print perfectly solves ink penetration problem
- Both sides show same pattern.
Disadvantages:
- Longer production time.
- Higher price.
- Thin fabrics are not suitable.

Screen Print
Screen printing is a traditional printing method in which a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. One color one mesh.
Advantages:
- Vibrant and bright color on the front side.
- Brighter color on the back side compared to digital print.
- Great for sharp edges and solid color blocks.
- It will be an ideal choice for simple designs.
Disadvantages:
- It has minimum order quantity and requires screen cost.
- Not suitable for photo/color gradients.
- Not suitable for complicated designs.

Double Face Print
It is a new method that is printed on both sides. This innovative technique shows two patterns or colors on different sides in one scarf.
Advantages:
- A scarf of many faces, two colorful patterns are combined into one.
- Patterns can be totaly different on each side.
- Higher loss rate for small quantity orders.
Disadvantages:
- Strict requirements for patterns and colors on each side.
- Front side and back side colors will interfere with each other.

Dyeing
Dyeing is a creative way to bring new life to fabrics. It is the process of changing a fabric's color by soaking it in a dye bath.
Advantages:
- Vibrant colors and the intensity of the color is adjustable
- Can dye according to requests and Pantone code.
- Shorter production time, orders can be finished within 7 days.
- Colour fastness.
Disadvantages:
- Sampling costs are relatively high.
- Higher cost for small orders.

Certifications
As a responsible organization we believe that social responsibility, environmental accountability and responsibility are of utmost importance in order to nurture a positive work culture and sustain growth.
Our printing machine can print 150-180 square meters per hour, with environmental and harmless ink certificated by many well-known institutions.
Our Advantages
Our perfect printing technology can accurately print patterns or letters on the surface of any fabrics, accurately represent the original pattern color, and the lifelike color makes the pattern more vivid, giving people a fresh and natural visual enjoyment. Because the ink used is of the best quality, the color performance is way better than other factories on the market.

With our special sizing agent, the color penetration can be good, back side color can reach 70%-80% of the front side color. From the surface can not see obvious boundaries, can clearly show the details of the printing, the front and back sides are almost same color without big color difference.

Our printing technology has high color fastness, which can ensure that the printed colors will not change significantly under washing, drying, ironing or other environmental conditions. The color reproduction rate of digital printing technology is also very high, which can ensure the uniformity of colors in mass production, thus making the colors of prints more beautiful.

Our Hemming Types
Pin Hem
A minimum of 1cm is needed within the design size as your hemming allowance on all four sides of the scarf to achieve a standard machine finish. That is 1cm at the top, 1cm at the bottom, 1cm on the left side and 1cm on the right side.
This style of hemming provides a consistent, flat edge. Hemming is always carried out using a matching thread as close to the design colors within the scarf as possible, unless otherwise requested.

Hand Roll Hem
A minimum of 1.6cm is needed within the design size as your hemming allowance on all four sides of the scarf to achieve a standard roll finish. That is 1.6cm at the top, 1.6cm at the bottom, 1.6cm on the left side and 1.6cm on the right side.
Please note that on all Roll scarves there are elements of hand finishing involved. We always hand roll the corners, fix any slipped stitches and sew in labels by hand. These personal touches do create longer lead times for all orders, particularly for orders of over 50 units.

Eyelash Fringe Hem
We cannot fringe all fabrics, please check prior to ordering. To fringe a scarf, a single thread is pulled through the weave to provide a straight guide. The rest of the threads are then carefully removed to create a neat fringe.
The Pin Hem and Eyelash Fringe options can be combined on a scarf. This is particularly effective on a long scarf where fringes are added on opposite short ends and pin hems on opposite long sides. If you need, we can also do fringe hem on four sides.

Houndstooth Hem
Suitable for chiffon, thin cotton, silk and other thinner fabrics, thicker or harder fabrics are not suitable for this hemming method, easy to wrinkle, the edge effect is poor.

Tassels
Tassels, a common decorative element found at the ends of scarves, bring both aesthetic appeal and functional considerations to the accessory. Tassels add a touch of whimsy and elegance to scarves, transforming them into statement pieces. Tassels can be playful or sophisticated depending on their design, making the scarf versatile for different occasions. In many cultures, tassels hold symbolic meanings or are part of traditional attire, adding a layer of cultural depth and meaning to the scarf design. But tassels may require special care during washing and storage to prevent tangling, fraying, or damage. Over time or with rough handling, tassels may become detached from the scarf, requiring repair or replacement.

Zig-zag Hem
Zig-zag Hem on a scarf brings a fresh and eye-catching twist to a traditional accessory, offering style versatility and a distinct aesthetic, it adds a touch of playfulness and modernity to an otherwise conventional scarf. A zig-zag hem often complements intricate prints or patterns, enhancing the overall design of the scarf, specially makes the solid colors scarf more beautifully. But meanwhile the irregular edges of a zig-zag hem may be more prone to fraying over time, especially if the fabric is delicate or not finished properly, and while visually appealing, a zig-zag hem might not be as practical for scarves intended for very formal settings or activities.
Machine Hem vs. Hand Roll Hem
Machine Hemming:
Advantages:
1. Efficiency: Machine hemming significantly speeds up the production process, allowing for larger volumes to be completed within shorter time frames, which is particularly beneficial for meeting high-demand orders or mass production requirements.
2. Consistency: Automated machines ensure a uniform finish across all products, resulting in a consistent look that customers can rely on. This is crucial for maintaining brand standards in the fashion industry.
3. Cost-Effective: Due to the speed and automation, machine hemming reduces labor costs compared to hand hemming, making it an economically favorable option for businesses seeking to optimize their production expenses.
Disadvantages:
1. Lack of Personal Touch: While precise, machine stitching may lack the unique, artisanal quality that hand hemming imparts.
2. Flexibility Limitations: Machines are programmed for specific stitch types and sizes, which might not accommodate unique design elements or irregular fabric edges that hand hemming can easily adapt to.
3. Durability Concerns: In some cases, machine stitches might not be as strong or durable as hand-stitched hems, especially around corners or on delicate fabrics like silk, potentially leading to fraying over time.
Hand Roll Hem:
Advantages:
1. Customization and Detail: Hand hemming offers unparalleled flexibility, enabling artisans to create unique, intricate finishes tailored to specific design requirements. This is ideal for high-end products where attention to detail is paramount.
2. Preservation of Fabric Integrity: Skilled hands can handle delicate materials with care, minimizing the risk of damage and ensuring the scarf's longevity.
3. Exquisite Craftsmanship: A hand-rolled edge denotes a superior level of craftsmanship, where each edge is meticulously crafted by skilled artisans, ensuring a refined finish that exudes elegance and sophistication.
Disadvantages:
1. Time-Consuming: Hand hemming is a labor-intensive process, which makes it less suitable for mass production. It requires more time per unit, leading to higher production costs.
2. Inconsistency Risk: While skilled artisans strive for perfection, there is always a slight possibility of variation between pieces due to the human factor involved.
3. Costlier Production: The high labor costs associated with hand hemming translate into a higher price point for the final product, which might not align with every market segment's budget.
In conclusion, both machine hemming and hand hemming have their unique advantages and disadvantages when customized your own scarves. The choice between the two largely depends on the specific needs of the scarves, such as the quantity, quality expectations, budget constraints, market, and the desired level of customization or luxury.
