The Maintenance Ways of Cashmere Scarves
Don't wing the scarf if a cashmere scarf gets wet, Gently squeeze out extra water, then lay it flat in a well-ventilated area, away from the sun. The sun can fade its color and damage the fibers.

When folding and storing, fold it neatly and place it in a clean, dry, well-ventilated spot. For long-term storage, use mothballs or dried lavender in the box but keep them from touching the scarf.

To iron, set the iron to low heat, put a wet cloth between the iron and the scarf, and slowly iron the back side without heavy pressing.
Regarding cleaning, don't over-wash. For light dirt, use a soft cloth with mild detergent on the dirty part.

For a full wash, soak it in warm water with a bit of cashmere detergent for 5 - 10 minutes, swirl gently, rinse thoroughly until water is clear, and squeeze out water as in drying.

Single Side Digital Print

 

Digital printing is a modern method that refers to the process of printing digital-based images directly onto fabrics, such as mulberry silk, viscose, modal, and cotton.

 

Advantages:

Short turnaround time, products can be delivered faster.

On-demand printing, small quantity is acceptable.

Most affordable solution for customization.

 

Disadvantages:

The color compatibility needs to be improved.

Double-Sides Print

Double-sided digital printing is a new technology that solves the color problem on the backside of silk fabric. 

Advantages:

Double-sided digital print perfectly solves ink penetration problem. Both sides show same or different patterns.

Disadvantages:

Longer production time.

Higher price.

Thin fabrics are not suitable.

 

Screen Print 

Screen printing is a traditional printing method in which a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. One color one mesh. 

Advantages：

Vibrant and bright color on the front side. Brighter color on the back side compared to digital print.  It will be an ideal choice for simple designs. 

Disadvantages:

It has minimum order quantity and requires screen cost.  Not suitable for photo/color gradients. Not suitable for complicated designs.
