Weaving The dyed silk yarn is then woven into fabric using either traditional handlooms or modern power looms. Skilled weavers or automated machines create the fabric, ensuring that the weave is tight and the pattern is precise.

Printing and Embroidery For scarves with intricate designs or patterns, the fabric may undergo printing or embroidery processes. Digital printing technology can be used to apply detailed designs, while manual or machine embroidery adds a touch of luxury and uniqueness.

Cutting and Sewing The woven fabric is then cut into the required dimensions for the scarves. Skilled workers use precision cutting tools to ensure accuracy. The cut pieces are sewn together, and any necessary finishing touches, such as hemming the edges, are added to prevent fraying and enhance the overall appearance.
